MAKING IT RAIN—93.5 KDAY announcer Tatu, along with makeitrain.tv, invaded East Los Angeles College last Wednesday to shower students with money. The TV website asked Tati to pick a spot to film the show. Tatu said he used to sleep under the bleachers at the football stadium at ELAC and understands the struggles students go through.
