There seems to be a common misconception amongst some people now that COVID-19 is slowing down or is under control but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Covid-19 is running rampant and is as dangerous as it ever was before.

East Los Angeles College’s new guidelines to be allowed on campus are good, but could be better. ELAC’s new policy says that in order to be allowed on campus, students and staff must show proof of vaccination. This is good, but ELAC will still allow medical and religious exemptions.
