Covid booster shots should not be needed halfway through this semester

The Los Angeles Community College District is enforcing the COVID-19 booster shot. Students that are not up to date with the booster will not be allowed on campus.

The presidency now lies between five candidates

The search for the next East Los Angeles College president
was narrowed down from fifty candidates to five.

The candidates that Dr. Juan Avalos, Dr. Cynthia Azari, Dr. Robert Frost, Dr. Albert Román and Dr. Christopher Villa. They are expected to reflect leadership, integrity and community engagement.
