Men’s basketball extend their win streak to 17 with win over Cerritos College
The Men’s basketball team won against Cerritos College 59-55. The Huskies continue their streak to 17 wins on the season including this playoff win. The Huskies defense were able to hold off Cerritos in the final seconds of the game that secured the win. The Huskies led the entire second half of the game after going into the half 29-23.
ELAC women’s basketball moves to the next round after a down to the wire win
The women’s basketball team beat Ventura College on the last shot of the game on Thursday.
Delilah Kimble-Gray scored the game-winner that advanced the Huskies to the next round of the playoffs.
Multiple players got double digits in points.
Huskies’ women’s basketball win 3 in a row after beating Pasadena
The Husky Women’s basketball team win their third straight game against Pasadena City College winning 69-59.
Huskies’ men’s basketball are on a hot streak with 14 straight wins
The Husky men’s basketball team won their 14th game in a row, beating Pasadena City College 109-47. The Huskies are now 22-4 on the season.
Husky’s softball go 0-2 with back to back losses
The Husky softball team lost against El Camino College 10-2. This is the second straight loss for the Huskies.
The Huskies defense played a huge factor in their loss against El Camino; eight errors were made in the game.
Huskies hope to play their first home game next year
The East Los Angeles College Men’s Basketball team are currently 6-2 in the season. The Huskies’ recent win was against Cerritos College with a score of 75-69.
Women’s basketball team aims for the playoffs
The East Los Angeles College women’s basketball team is currently first place in the South Coast-North division. The Huskies are 7-1 this season. Their biggest win this season is against Cuyamaca College, 82-25.
ELAC wrestlers take it one match at a time
The East Los Angeles College wrestling team is ranked 10th in the California Community College Wrestling rankings. This is Miguel Soto’s first year as the head coach for the Huskies’ wrestling team. Soto has been an assistant head coach previously at ELAC.

The Huskies win a close game against Bakersfield College 27-24. The Huskies would extend their win streak to two and would go 5-4 on the season. Garcia would be team player for the Huskies.
