Update on Vaccine sites at ELAC

ELAC becomes a COVID-19 vaccination center

East Los Angeles College is currently the host site to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Last May, ELAC began a partnership with LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis to become a COVID-19 swab test site. The purpose was to provide access to COVID testing to a marginalized community of color.

Unidentified woman found dead on campus

By Ivan Cazares A woman died near Parking Structure 4 on Sunday. The Sheriff’s Department received a call reporting the death at 4 a.m. The Sheriff’s Department would not reveal the circumstances of her death. Sheriffs seek owners of lost money
