The East Los Angeles College men’s basketball team played hard against Pasadena City College, but fell short losing its South Coast Conference North Division home opener on Jan. 9 in Monterey Park, California.
ELAC lost to PCC 82-81 in overtime and the Huskies struggled and failed to score easy shots.
The game play seemed fast and chaotic as ELAC tried to take quick shots.
This was ELAC’s second SCC defeat after opening conference on the road against Mt. San Antonio College, losing 87-67.
The Huskies stand 8-8 overall, 0-2 in SCC play.
ELAC will face El Camino College Compton Center Jan 14 at 7 p.m.
