East Los Angeles College budget committee focused on the allocation of funds still available as part of the school’s annual budget. There is an estimated $28 million remaining in the budget that needs to be spent or it will get sent back to the state by the end of the year.

East Los Angeles College’s Fall 2020 classes have started, and students should be aware of some important dates. Classes that meet for less than 16 weeks have different add and drop dates. For information on these classes, the ELAC website suggests checking student’s information portals. The following table has information on adding and dropping classes that are 16 weeks in length.
